It launches better than the Eagle RSA's but if you're building a drag car you should be looking at drag radials or slicks or that kinda thing, not an all season tire.

Joe, my tires have seen the snow once, they were ok, but not great, I could get around, but i wouldnt want to use them everyday in the snow.

The Proxes were an excellent daily driver tire with some definate performance upgrades vs the stock tire. I've now gotten rid of my Proxes and purchased a set of Falken FK 452's, these tires are very impressive so far, wet and dry conditions, more grip than the Proxes, but we'll see how long they last...

how is the ride quality? I loved the grip in the corners of my NeoGens, but after a while, the extra cabin bumpage really got to me. It caused more little creaks and rattles to start up, and every tiny bump made you jump out of your seat. How are the toyos?

IMO 135$ CAN per tire is expensive as you can get some Falken Azenis Rt-615 fore few bucks more or some Hankook RS-2 at the same price... if you we're looking for summer tire tho !
