Took my Motegi's that got bent a while back to a local tire shop today. Had them swap around tires and replace the bent rim with the new one I just got, then Nitrogen inflate them. Costed me ZERO dollars! The owner just said, "Come back and see us some time." :3

I was just was watching videos of the 2014 Shootout when I saw a guy wearing the seme clothing/shoes I was wearing in this video....wait, that's me at 00:59, lol!

Voted! for the EVO!!!
j/k! kitted evo not my cup of tea, and the other is just another evo with an OEM turbo and bigger fuel system...funny to hear myself say that. was an honest vote, and also would be nice to see a regular lancer win it. especially when the Evos didn't post any shots of the engine bay!!!

LOL True. Mine was an honest vote as well. It just so happened that it was DirtyRalli lol. His NA setup is pretty awesome IMO.
So what have you all been up to? Im trying to get back in swing of things after the wedding/moving/honeymoon. Took the bumper off the white car last night posted a pic in my thread lol. It actually looked somewhat badass this morning when I was walking out of the gas station.

Every so often, I take my bumper off, and drive the the car wash to pressure wash my intercooler and rad...if no one noticed the car was turbocharged with the bumper on, they would then....then again most people surprisingly don't even know what it means to turbocharge an engine...I find it weird having to explain what a turbo actually does.

Well with STUPID marketing campaigns calling it ecoboost and people being proud to be ignorant that's when you realise the likes of you and I are few and far between.

yeah...you get the people who don't know, know they don't know, and don't care, and that's fine, often these people would like to know, and you can explain it in laymans terms, and they are interested in learning. But then you get the people who don't know, but pretend they know, and go around telling people their 1.8L neon with a homemade cold air intake makes 350hp, even when you tell them your 2.4L running 14psi boost, doesn't even make 350, yet they stand by their story as if you don't know any better.
I've had people actually ask what the wooshing/whistling sound was as the RPM's climbed, as if they thought something was wrong with the car...and most people are more fond of the noise the BOV makes...it's like the acceleration and power is secondary to the noise, that is merely a byproduct...lol
