Fuel Level Sensor

Where is the fuel level sensor? Is it within the tank itself or is it electronically controlled and sitting above the fuel pump assembly?

Anyone know?

Its should be part of the fuel pump assembly...the "float" is what they call it.

It's seperate from the pump assembly.
