Thumbs down POS Mitsu oem parts!

About 3 months ago my clutch master cylinder started leaking out the side plate. I bought a new one from a dealership. Threw that sucker on and about a month later THAT part started leaking out the side. The guy at the dealership was pretty cool and sent me a new one right away without me returning the old one. I installed that part and whadda ya know? IT BLEW OUT THE GASKET AND LEAKED AGAIN! I was going to send that part back as well then i decided not to and repair it myself. My first attempt was rtv gasket maker and it failed hard under pressure. So now im going all out. I sealed the pos with JB wield. Its currently drying and if that dont work im taking it to a machine shop to be professionally wielded lol. This is just a informative rant.grrr

Are you sure you're bleeding it right? I can't think of why it'd do that unless there was air trapped in there.

Im bleeding it at the master and slave cylinder.
Is there a specific order im supposed to do it?
When i do bleed it, I bleed it for about an hour.
I have someone pump the clutch a bunch of times then hold it to the floor then open the bleeder valve then tighten. Then repeat.

Wow, you're still in your ralliart? Man I've had 2 evo's since I had my ralliart now. Get with the times .

To the OP, You sure you don't have other issues? Perhaps a stiff throwout bearing? Those shouldn't be breaking repeatedly like that unless there is another issue causing the fluid to go to the weakest link.

My throwout bearing is pretty old to be honest.
I was thinking it is the amount of pressure my aftermarket clutch makes.

If thats true then why did the original oem part last me almost 2 years before it went out? I had the aftermarket clutch the whole time.

*Update*
FYI Brake fluid eats through JB weld.
Part is leaking again. Going to try makeagasket and sealant.
Maybe that will last more than a month.
