diy eye lids

i want to put lids on my head lights. i was thinking of using spry tint. i just dont know how big the lids should be. any ideas?

Just take painters tape and mask off an eye lid, close the hood and see how it looks... You can make them thick or thin that way...

that's genius. i never though of that. I'm guessing you can use colors too as long as you don't block the light.
