Cheap Mods ?
I got an 04 lancer ralliart and looking for some cheap mods of any kind like throttle body coolant bypass and egr unplug. Even appearance mods and what not ranging from free to 50 dollars. Any thoughts?

Maybe a DIY grounding kit...it didn't do a lot on performance but may engine bay looks prettier ? I guess...
You could also get a short antenna ... looks better than the OEM one IMO.

Smike speaks the truth.. Though I haven't listened to it yet...
But if you insist on mods you could do the following (off the top of my head)
- Kartboy shifter bushings underhood and shifterbase bushings <50$ for each set
- DIY Mesh for the front grilles (Requires some bondo work etc)
That or you should just save up and buy something nice or autox...

I don't know. Shifter bushings don't seem like a very worth while upgrade. maybe they are thouhg.
How about you maybe a cold air intake yourself?
I like the driving idea. I think it is important to become a better driver.

go to suzuki, order yourself an antenna for a new grand vitara, or xl7. they cut the stock antenna basically in half.... for like 20 bucks

Don't encourage stealing... Just fork up the cash and buy one used... honestly I've had my antenna stolen twice already, the 2nd time I covered it in oils from poison ivy though...
