Right now my hand brake is almost vertical to park it and need to tighten it...can anyone help?

Moved and title corrected.
Remove your center console. At the base of the e-brake handle you'll see an adjustment screw. Use that to take up the slack.

Center console is fairly easy to remove. There's a screw under the ashtray, two panels in each footwell that you remove, and two quick connects behind those. Inside the armrest there's two screws. Once you get all that out, first remove the front half of the console (with cupholders/shift boot/etc) then there's two more screws to remove the back half.

chord yea its very easy, all you gotta remove is the screws inside the console, the rear part will separate from the part with the shifter...

The most popular vendor you'll probably hear about from here is RRM
Check the noob thread here before asking any questions because I'm sure they'll cover a bunch of questions you'll probably have

Oh, you're right, I got them backwards, i was thinking that the front part clipped into the rear, not the other way around.

It adjusts the same was as on standard drum brakes. On the back of the drum, there will be a rubber plug, remove it, and use a brake drum adjustment tool to turn the adjustment wheel on the inside.
