dont get your hopes up about this car cause since the EVOX is under performing due to its lack of power and weight expect the RA to be especially slow to avoid steeling sales from the EVO...

I imagine at this point "What you see is what you get"...
This is probably the base model RA, just like all of the current RA's, you will probably have the option of a Package the includes a sunroof (think sun and sound package)... But, its not the other way around 90% of the time... You don't get the option to remove items (ie. Chrome Grill Surround, Wing, etc..)
There is no car on the market that comes with standard equipment per package level and allows the option to not have items before purchase...
But, you could always remove things after you buy the car...
