Header/downpipe install ?

With the obx or rrm header and down pipe combo is there any welding involved?? from the pic it looks bolt on, but it doesn't seem like the down pipe is long enough or has the right bends to get to the axle. thats the only place i see another flange besides the header. thanks for any help guys!!

the header/dp is all bolt on. it DOES NOT lead to the axel. it leads to where the cat bolts on. UNLESS your cat is not bolt on. if it is not you will have cut and weld.

he has an 06 RA though. the header/dp will bolt on and will actually eliminate your cat unless you buy a high flow cat to weld in but will bolt onto the exhaust piping

yes its supposed to bolt to the flange right after the cat. so if you have a welded on cat you will have to cut out the cat and throw on a flange. id also reccomend rrm over obx.

a welded on cat? did something happen to the oem one? if everything is stock on the car the cat should already have a flange that bolts to the exhaust piping. that just needs to be removed. i also would recommend rrm over obx
