The old downpipe does not fit with the header. That is why they are a matched set now.

Its def. worth it to get the header. alot of ppl have upgraded and sold their old DP on the forum.

So Basiclly if i get the rrm headers downpipe combo and even if i install the magnafow high flow Cat and keep my exhaust stock from HF cat back it will sound like crap , am i right ?

NO!
IT does not sound like crap. IT is loud without the high flow cat but if you have that it is quite civilized. With or without cat, everyone reports back great power gains!
