Drives: '05 Turbo RA

Low, "Weak" Idle, now that it's colder

Hey everyone-

Quick history/setup: I have a custom 16G kit using RRM's 5th injector kit for fuel management. BOV is a Synapse, and is recirculated, MAF is not pressurized. When I say "weak" idle, I mean that it's easier to stall out. Also, if I'm driving at relatively high load (say, beween 10-5in.Hg vacuum, not even necesarilly in boost) and cut to no load (i.e. push in clutch and coast), the revs will drop, but not settle at idle, they'll dip so low as to sometimes stall out. If it doesn't stall, it'll "catch itself", and come back to idle.

Other than that, the car's running like a champ; A/F is holding under boost as it should, boost comes on like it usually does, no boost leaks, no starting issues, etc. No CEL's.

My question is, what are some things I can check to help this? I know our RA's idle is all ECU controlled. That being said, what sensors/components that control the idle should I check out? Besides the MAF, what sensors can/should I pull and clean, etc.?

Also, relative newb to turbo'd cars question: It'll backfire occasionally (I know that's normal), though certainly moreso now that temperatures are cooler. Is that normal?
