Quick launch control video

Just wanted to post a quick launch control video of a '04 ralliart. Works fairly well, I just randomly set the launch control at 4k, got Brent to floor the car and drop the clutch. Car doesn't leave the line that fast but it did leave a nice black mark on the street. Time for some race slicks.

A few good technical notes, since this is a fuel cut you can see holding it on the 4k limiter the EGTs climb to 830F and just stay there which is well below cruise EGTs. Soon as it's into boost the AFRs drop to a safe 11.2. One wheels start moving you can see the limiter is raised. I set the rev limiter to 7200 which is safe enough for a stock engine.

Next feature will be boost cut I think.

Nice to see it in action
When everything will be done, do you think you will be able to do something like what HPTuners does but for our RA ?

Yes I believe so but I'll be getting a few more beta testers out there when all the map changes are finalized. I refuse to sell anything that is not extremely well tested first.

Cool so you were the person who tried that one out. He mentioned that you might be a member on this forum. I guess this also validates that the 2006 works.

Just the first iteration of the reflash did better than almost a year of piggyback development as well as trying every piggback available on the market. Quite simply piggybacks do not work properly on the ralliart ecu.
