Where are you guys getting your turbo manifold from? I am seeing alot of custom builds( thats what im doing), are you just cutting flanges off and welding on RA flanges,or is someone selling them seperate please help a brother out. I keep looking in the threads but people are not saying where they are getting them from. btw its and 04 RA

If your going custom then from what ive seen is the cutting of the ralliart flange an welding to the manifold.
Or just fabricating one from scratch.

the B-series turbo headers for civics and stuff have the same port distance and works perfect just do some research here and look into some options b/c if u go that way in some cases u have to also switch to the civic short radiator set up. like quiltv

The best option is to get a custom manifold and downpipe made.

Crypto at Speed Corps just made a 4G94 manifold and is willing to do a 4G69 if there are enough buyers.

judging by the pic they have on that post, the manifold looks pretty and all, but i dont like the fact that the 4th runner isnt equal lenghth. At least thats what it looks like from that pic.

I make them, but they're not cheap made in china crap. Good heavy duty North American stainless steel. One definite problem with the ralliart is lack of space if you keep the AC and stock rad fans. For packaging, an internally wastegated turbo is better unless you want to run the wastegate off a single runner but that's a really really bad design (runs some cylinders leaner than others). I did do an externally gated manifold but the downpipe was no fun to make.
At the bottom of this thread you can see some pics:
