Car bogging on wot

k my turbo spools up nice but when i go wot around 3000rpm and 4500 rpm it will bog and backfire. but i can go to redline if i accelerate slowwwwwwly. just when i give gas it bogs and will backfire if i try to make it. check all the rubber boots for cuts and found none. i have had it boost nicely but only twice and try again hr later and it bogs again. why what is the problem. im getting nothing but bad luck lol someone brighten my day with a solution.

so you filled the tank back up and it started bogging again?? if thats the case it sounds like a tuning problem. possibly like your to rich??? this may not be relavent, but i had a two stroke engine that ran more lean at the end of the tank, it could be that yours is doing the same?? just a thought...

It is probably the stock ecu going crazy when you don't floor it and it is reading a lot of air going into the engine...

floor it and see if it keeps "bogging"

if is the stock ecu it won't back fire at WOT

Check spark plugs. They might be bad. My evo had the same problem you're describing when the plugs went bad. GL.

I'm having the same problem, slow boost to about 10PSI then spikes to 22, stutters, and backfires/small explosion feeling

Could this be cause of spark plugs?
