turbo water cooled ?
Alright guys had the shop look at my kit today, they asked why there is no water cooling for the turbo is this something I should have them do ? I'm scared that without it being cooled my seals will go bad in a short amount of time any ideas ??? I do already have a turbo timer ... but if I can be more safe then I would like to be.

Some turbos (I think most Oem's and some others) do come with water passages to help in the cooling process and so to not let the oil fry itself once you turn off the car after a run. It basically eliminates the need for a turbo timer, since the oil doesnt get as hot as a conventional oil cooled turbo.
In your case, you should be fine with the turbo timer since it keeps the oil flowing, thus letting it cool down the bearings while the turbo stops spinning. In any case should you feel insecure, just dont spool the turbo, let alone race the engine when you know youre about to stop and turn off the car.

You're fine just being oil cooled. It'd be more of an issue if you didn't have the timer or were in the habit of shutting the car off right after a hard run.

You'll be fine, just make sure a proper oil flow rate of 20-25 psi max/10-12 minimum is maintained to the turbo. Is it a journal or BB turbo?
