need some turbo info, please

Ok, I got a guy who owns a 04 lancer and he wants to buy my evo stock setup.
will it work on the car?
Will the manifold fit the lancer engine?
will the o2 housing work ?
Do you have to custom make the downpipe?
what kind of intercooler do you use?
What do you have to do for the fuel setup?

Not straight forward.
Manifold will not work without modification.
Stock injectors are 205cc I believe, it either needs overrsized injectors or 5th injector, and a computer to re-map the fuel, likely a fuel pump.

You going to need a new manifold, a fifth fuel injector OR stock wrx fuel injectors, your going to need a down pipe, and of course and CPU. Might need custom piping and hoses and such. And and not sure if the evo intercooler will fit. Looks like we will have plenty of room, but who knows.

I dont know if this is true, but i think i read somewhere, that if you get the ralliart flange, and weld it to the runners of the DC SPORTS evo turbo manifold, it should work. Again i dont know how true this is, i read it, asked about it, and recieved no answer.

GOOOD LUCK

The manifold will not work. You can use the stock fuel pump. I used DSM injectors. Forget the O2 housing and weld the bungs straight onto the downpipe. I/C, try it out.

I am almost positive that moderracer used the evo 8 intercooler, so it should fit by removing crash bar and fabing some brackets.
