the cut will not be determined by the boost but by the rpm either way too much boost wo/ fuel will lean the car and f-it up...

so if you want to control fuel do the logical thing..

buy a evo 8 fuel rail (yes it fits, stock or aftermarket), a regulator
and run the line so you can control fuel pressure

that was for free

If you plug the return line hole it is. It's much easier to convert from return to non return than it is the other way around. So make like a scene from Carrie and plug it up!

What did you do? Do you now have a return system on your car? And if yes how did you get the fuel line to return back into the tank?

I could totally be talkin outta my a$$ here but it sounds to me like he put an evo 8 fuel rail on with an fpr and a new fuel pump. With the new fpr and pump he now has a return system...? I'm a bit new to trying to figure all this stuff out so I apologize if I'm way off base.

Sorry, I guess I should have elaborated more. I assumed that you were running back from the rail to the tank, I just thought you had the aftermarket pump in there also.

Man that sounds like it could be pretty dangerous messin with the gas tank with drill bits (metal on metal =sparks with gas?) even if I emptied the gas tank out, what could be some problems I could have? I mean if something was wrong. How did you do yours?
