Drives: 2004 mitsubishi lancer ralliart

stone chip hell

the hood on my black ra is covered with stone chips. dno how to get them out short of repainting. any suggestions.

You have to fill the chips with paint. Whether its with a touch-up stick or a full re-spray.

Or you could just buy a new hood.

i tried touch up pant it looks like crap what about wet sanding the getting a can of spray. has any body tried that before.

that'll look like crap too. even if you do it right. can paint just doesnt have the same shine.

..and I tried asking my car if she wanted to be turbo'ed, but she never gave me an answer.. so I think that's a 'no'.

Just fork up and get it resprayed, it seems like you'll just do more damage than good.
