H3 Bulb Question

So I just purchased a H3 HID conversion kit in order to replace my fogs. When looking at them I have two wires to plug in. I know that for a stock H3 bulb there's only the one wire that connects to the stock harness for the power. Where is the ground for this bulb?

The two remaining wires on my HID bulb are red and black. I know the black wire is the ground wire but where should I plug it in? There's no slot that I see to plug the ground wire in.
