I think it looks more rice with the red calipers then the wheels sorry. If you were gonna paint them I'd go with painted black instead of red. But if you still have those wheels in a little over a month I might take them off your hands =]

well if i wasnt so lazy it would have taken me about a week cuz i wanted to make sure it was nice and drie before i did second coat so i can get great results overall it was a month because i did the left side first then wen i wen to remove the wheels on the other side 3 bolts where tighter than ever and wouldnt come off and i stripped one so then i had to get a smaller size socket to hammer on then used like a 6ft steel pipe for levarage but i didnt do that until like 2 weeks after i did one side and that led me to the blue bolts because 4 of the original went bad
and thanks haha

i just painted my calipers using the duplicolor caliper paint kit. The kit is okay, they give you a hella cheap brush, but it gets the job done. Painting the calipers on the RA is a PITA because theres only so much you can tape off and the rest will come down to how steady your hands are. I applied 3 coats to each caliper and I think they came out nice. Now we will see how they will hold up. On Tuesday I think I will repaint my rims from bronze to black. Shouldnt take me that long, I already know what to do. I will post pics when Im done if I can.

finally got around to painting my rims, was a pain in the ass because i only have a single jack so i had to do each wheel individually, took me a couple of weeks to find time to do them all
i sanded them down after giving them a good wash, taped the tire off
then did a layer of etching primer and a layer of filler primer
then duplicolor low gloss black engine enamel about 3-4 coats
then 2 coats of krylon matte clear
the silver 'lip' is just silver vinyl stripes that i bought on ebay and also got silver vinyl decals for the mitsu logo on the center cap
