? about rear bar

I have already removed front bar and roller things from front end and was told that you can also remove rear bar to drop some weight and was wondering how to do this? Does anyone have a diy rear bumper removal? diagram?

are you talking about the rear sway bar ? If so, just take a look at the Progress sway bar how to thread. It removes the OEM sway bar...

I don't recommend removing crash bars on a daily driver.
