anti-lock light on after evo guage install
I just installed my evo guages (easiest thing i've possibly ever done btw) but now i have the Anti-Lock Brake light on and I can't seem to get it to go away. I've disconnected the battery and left it off for like 15 minutes then reconnected and let it run for a few minutes and it still came on as soon as i started the car. I've tested them out, and the anti lock still works really really well, but the ligth is still on.
Any ideas, or possibly anyone who has had this problem before that could help me out? Please
I thought that maybe the plug on the back wasn't all the way connected too so I removed the guages and unplugged and replugged and still nothing.
Please help!
thanks, Sam

Check your pins, make sure all are accounted for, if that is not the problem,, check you sensor and contact whoever you got it from to see if they had the problem.

I doubt it. I've seen people with the EVO cluster in the RA without issues.
I'm getting one myself probably next week. I'll post if I have the same issue on my RA.

Well yeah it still says Evolution somewhere on it, I just have to look real hard. Your right though it's not a normal EVO.
Just in case you referring to the thread I'm aware of that but am interested in this issue.

I got mine installed today and having the same issue with the anti-lock light. My cluster is from an Evo 8, no ACD. I'm gonna check my ABS fuse tomorrow just to be sure, but I'm positive that the ABS light wasn't on my RA cluster.
When I start the car, all lights goes on...that's normal.
Some lights turn off as well the anti-lock one.
Then it comes back and will stay forever.
I haven't tested my ABS system, but I'm sure it's still working.
