idle control air valve

Can someone tell me where I can find the idle control air valve on a 2004 lancer ralliart. thank you, Mike

We don't have one, since idle is pretty much controlled by the ECU. There is an idle screw that's preset from the factory, but it shouldn't ever need adjustment, unless it's been messed with.

thanks for the reply otter. Now im stumped. My service engine light is on, when i took it to a mechanic and he hooked up to the diagnostic computer it read that the problem was the idle conrol valve. I have never messed with it so im wondering what the deal is.
