steering wheel help

So this question may be stupid and I may not even get an answer, but I am buying a steering wheel from a friend and I know I also need to get a steering wheel hub, so I am looking online and on ebay so I can find a good deal and not spend an arm and a leg. I have a 2004 Lancer Ralliart and wanted to know if anyone knew what the diameter of the steering shaft is. I know most people recommend the nrg hubs, but even it is a smidge out of my price range. have found a few hubs online but don't want to buy one and it end up not being the right size. If anyone can help it would be great.

I don't think NRG makes a hub that fits our car you have to use a hub for an evo

Ralliarts (except 06 model year) are the same size as the Evo. That's why changing to an Evo Steering wheel is so straight forward. IJust use a hub that fits an Evo and you should be fine.
