How to remove stock seat?

i ordered new seats and they will be here in a few days. i wanted to know if there is anything special i need to know to remove them so that i don't break anything while removing them.

two nuts in the front come off. a cover on the outside pops off a bolt. two screws in the armrest console to pull the console up out of the way for the fourth bolt under the console.

EDIT:

Front seat bolt 44 ± 10 N⋅m (33 ± 7 ft-lb)
Front seat nut 30 ± 5 N⋅m (22 ± 4 ft-lb)
